helpful staffbroken fixture
the staff was helpful, specifically with directions.
the condition of the shared bathrooms was unacceptable. cleaning protocols were supposedly followed daily, but the results were not evident. there was consistently an issue with at least one broken fixture in each bathroom..

I WAS disappointed with the noise LEVELS. The walls seemed thin. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and other guests talking. it was HARD to get a good night's sleep because of the constant disturbances. ALSO, the cleanliness in the shared bathrooms could be IMPROVED. I noticed hair and grime in the showers. the bathrooms needed MORE frequent cleaning throughout the day.
